1. No Returns & No Refunds On Printed Books

All printed book and printed book combo purchases made on fewhelpingturtles.in are final. As our products are personalized, watermarked notes and courses specially created for each customer, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances once the order has been processed.

2. Personalized Nature of Products

Each product is individually generated and watermarked with the customer’s information (such as email ID or order details) and delivered. Due to this customized nature:

• We do not accept returns or issue refunds once the notes are processed and sent.
• No exceptions apply in cases of accidental purchases, change of mind, or device/software incompatibility.

3. Exceptions to This Policy

In very limited and rare circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund only if:

• The customer did not receive the product due to a technical error on our side.
• The customer was charged multiple times for the same order due to a payment gateway error.

To request a review, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected], including valid proof (such as order ID, transaction reference, and relevant screenshots).

If approved, any refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

4. Unauthorized Use & Chargebacks

We treat unauthorized transactions and chargebacks with strict seriousness. If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, you may be permanently blacklisted from future purchases. Legal action may be taken against any fraudulent activity or false claims.
