  1. Explain the procedure for retrenchment of a workman as per the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 accounting your answer with relevant case laws. Discuss the exceptions to the rule of retrenchment.
  2. Whether a contract worker can claim permanency in employment? Explain with relevant case law.
  3. The management of Prasad Industries Ltd. has terminated the services of Faculty, citing “loss of confidence” without conducting any domestic enquiry. Discuss the validity of such termination.
