Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered under the following limited circumstances:

• The user did not receive the file due to a verified technical error on our end.
• The file delivered is corrupt or incomplete, and a working version cannot be provided.
• The user was charged more than once for the same product due to a technical issue with the payment gateway.
