On Laptop/Desktop:

Simply log in using the same email ID and password you used while purchasing. You can start reading instantly.

On Mobile/Tablet:

You must download our official mobile app — Few Helping Turtles — from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Then, log in using the same details you used at the time of purchase to continue reading your book.

You can also download books inside the app to read them later when you are offline.

Your online access is for personal use only and is limited to a maximum of 3 devices.

Device Limitations:

• ✅ 1 device on the Few Helping Turtles Mobile App (Android or iOS).
• ✅ 2 devices via a Web Browser (e.g. Chrome or Safari on laptops or mobiles).

Crucial Rule:
If you want to switch computers or browsers, you must first log out of the previous device.
Failing to do so will automatically lock your account for security reasons.

🔄 Account Help for Device Issues

If your account is locked due to exceeding device limits, a non-refundable reset fee of ₹100 is required.

To Reset: Pay the fee at Account reset payment link and send the payment screenshot via WhatsApp from your registered number.

All resets are processed once daily at 11:00 PM.

💬 Tip: Always log out before switching devices to avoid access interruptions.

To maintain content security and prevent unauthorised copying, each printed book is individually customised with a unique buyer watermark.

Final Sale Policy:

Because each book is personally watermarked for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order is placed. All sales of printed books are final.
